From the owner: Life: The past 10years in this house has been wonderful. Our kids were just out of elementary school when we came here 10yrs ago, they were reluctant to move and leave their friends. It was the best thing we ever did for our children moving to Londonderry and they would all agree. In the laundry closet you will see marks measuring my sonís height over the years, in my daughters closet her childhood as she grew up with her friends and now into a lovely woman (we will paint the closets when we move). The schools (district 6) are great, shopping and restaurants are close (which was a must) and we could not have asked for nicer, more compassionate neighbors throughout Londonderry. There is a park for small children, a ball field, tennis & basketball courts, walking trails behind the ball field with seats along the trail to sit in peace while watching the waterfall.
